SOUND JOURNEYS
"The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious,
it is the source of all true art and science"
Albert Einstein
RESONANCE & AWARENESS
Vibrational sound has a profound influence on the way the brain and nervous system organise perception.
Unlike conventional music built around rhythm and melody, these environments are created through sustained tones, spontaneous harmonics and evolving layers of resonance. The absence of strong rhythmic structure gives the mind little to anchor to, allowing attention to gradually shift inward.
Sound travels through the body as vibration, and sustained resonance can influence neural rhythms through a process often referred to as entrainment.
During everyday waking life the brain typically operates in Beta wave patterns associated with focused thinking and external attention.
As resonance deepens and the body settles, brain activity may shift toward slower patterns commonly associated with meditation and dreamlike awareness:
Alpha — relaxed awareness
Theta — meditative and imaginative states
Delta — deeply restorative states
The layered overtones and harmonics produced by acoustic instruments create complex vibrational fields that the body and brain respond to naturally.
These shifts are not forced or directed. They emerge gradually as the listener settles into sustained resonance and attentive presence.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Most sound journeys unfold over approximately 90 minutes, allowing time for the body and mind to gradually settle into deeper states of listening and awareness. In festival settings or special events, shorter or adapted formats may be offered.
Participants are usually invited to lie down or sit comfortably within a quiet, dimly lit environment.
Although instruments are played live within the space, the experience is not intended as a performance to watch. Guests are encouraged to close their eyes and allow the sound to guide their attention inward.
No prior experience with meditation is required. Participants are simply invited to listen, rest and allow the experience to unfold.

Each journey unfolds differently.
Participants are invited to listen, rest and explore inward.
“A person does not hear sound through his ears:
he hears sound through every pore of his body.”
Plato
