This experience has been designed for you to carve out some time for deep nourishment & restoration. A moment to pause and leave behind the constructs of your everyday existence. Your moment in time to become fully resonant in your body, and surrender to the magic that lies beyond the ordinary.

We will start the day with intentional grounding in the garden before entering the exquisite barn and finding our mats.

Then you will be invited to turn your attention inward, tuning into yourself and your surroundings with a multi sensory meditation harnessing the alchemy of House of Bothania scents.

A unique intuitive soundscape will then carry us through a series of guided restorative movements and breath.

This will flow seamlessly into your savasana where you will be transported to a magical place within, through a series of creative visualisations before floating into your own journey adventuring through sound.
